The contemporary, spacious and comfortable open-plan interior is warm and welcoming. Local designers have ensured style and comfort throughout. The kitchen is very well-stocked to accommodate 10 people and has everything you need from the washer-dryer to the drinks cooler and coffee machine. Providing these facilities make us ideal for self-catering accommodation. There is a large dining area and spacious yet cosy seating area around the log burner. Logs are provided for your stay. There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. All bedrooms are individually styled with en-suite facilities. Your comfort is very important to us. Field Maple Barn is situated in the heart of Lincolnshire’s finest farmland, only 5 miles from the vibrant historic city of Lincoln and within walking distance of the Co-op store in the village of Dunholme.
You can walk past fields where cattle, sheep and horses graze until you come to a secluded pond. You may fish here without charge, making us perfect for fishing holidays. If you walk along the lane you’ll come to a wild flower meadow, woodland and nature reserve. This makes a wonderful walk in all seasons. Family friendly village pub/restaurant within 2 miles.
Field Maple Barn has east and north aspects with views across farmland and the attractive country style garden. The french doors face west and access the private, sheltered courtyard. It is designed in a sumptuous luxe style to create a dramatic and stylish interior. One pet is welcome in this barn.
There is a large hallway with cloakroom as you enter the barn. The ground floor has a huge open-plan kitchen/living area with underfloor heating, bifold doors onto its own large garden and private swim spa with french doors onto a private contemporary courtyard.
