Our new development consists of 19 architect-designed luxury holiday barns arranged around a stunning lake, which will be completed in phases. There are a variety of different sizes, ranging from 2 to 5 en-suite bedrooms. We are now taking bookings for the first 6 barns along Woodland View, that will be completed by September 2021.
The barns along Woodland View are a short walk or bicycle ride away from a beautiful woodland, meadow and nature reserve, yet only 5 miles from the historic city of Lincoln with its busy shopping areas, eating places and vibrant nightlife.

The Barns are situated in the heart of Lincolnshire’s finest farmland, only 5 miles from the vibrant historic city of Lincoln and within walking distance of the Co-op store in the village of Dunholme.
You can walk past fields where cattle, sheep and horses graze until you come to a secluded pond. You may fish here without charge, making us perfect for fishing holidays. If you walk along the lane you’ll come to a wild flower meadow, woodland and nature reserve. This makes a wonderful walk in all seasons. Family friendly village pub/restaurant within 2 miles.
Relax with family and friends in your huge private swim spa with hot outdoor shower or your very own garden room. The spacious open plan ground floor has a well-stocked kitchen with everything you could need during your stay. The sofas around the log burner are deep and comfortable. Logs are provided for your stay and there is underfloor heating to keep you warm and cosy. The barns have been designed to the highest standard throughout, ensuring a contemporary and stylish finish.
The Birches and The Willows each sleep 10 in 5 en-suite bedrooms that are individually designed. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor, all of which have the option to be super-king or twin. The dining area has ample seating for 10.
The Elms, The Hazels, The Pines and The Sycamores each sleep 8 in 4 individually designed en-suite bedrooms. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor, each with the option to be super-king or twin. The dining area seats 8 very comfortably.
