Just a 20 minute drive from the barns and you will find yourself at Hemswell Antiques Centre, once part of RAF Hemswell, home of the Lancaster bomber during the Second World War. There are four large buildings where you can explore the maze of rooms containing a cornucopia of quality antiques ranging from period furniture to glass, ceramics, tapestries, kitchenalia, musical items….and much much more.
Take a break in the coffee shop serving hot and cold refreshments before exploring further.
Open 10am – 5pm every day of the year apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
